Placing an Order
Our order fulfillment and customer service is provided by Franks Marketing Group in Norwalk, Ohio. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week here on the Roasting Forks .com web site. On-line ordering is straightforward, safe, and convenient; simply click the “Add to Basket” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

When you are finished shopping and ready to pay for your purchases, click any "View Basket" button found throughout our web site. You will be returned to your shopping cart to proceed to the checkout, where you will enter your payment and shipping information.

Shipping Costs are based on the value of your order

0-$15.00 - $8.95

$15.01 - $40. 00 - $10.95

$40.01 - $60.00 - $12.95

$60.01 - $100.00 - $14.95

$100.01 and up - $16.95

 

These prices are for the lower 48 United States.

Alaska and Hawaii please call for shipping costs.  We will then determine your shipping costs

Free Merchandise / Promotional Items
Often times we include small "freebies" in the orders we ship. These are given as tokens of appreciation to say thank you for choosing to shop with us. We do not guarantee the availability of any free merchandise or promotional items not charged for. We reserve the right to make substitutions of other free merchandise, or choose to not include a free item at all if none are available. In other words, we will not hold back your order simply because we don't have anything free in hand to place in your box.

Payment and Sales Tax
Presently, Franks Marketing Group accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Because Franks Marketing Group operates in Ohio, we are required to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to a Ohio address. Those who live outside Ohio will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on Franks Marketing Groups Sites, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Order Status
If you'd like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the shipping times reflected are approximate. Items that are in stock usually ship within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are not in stock, you'll be contacted with a resolution.

Return Policy
We strive to maintain an inventory of only the best open fire cooking tools and camp gear available. When packaging your order, we manually inspect all items we are shipping in order to ensure that you are receiving the quality merchandise that you expect. Although returns to our warehouse are rare, we do realize that there are occasional times when items must be sent back to us. If you are in a situation that requires you to make a return to us, please follow these simple guidelines for the fastest resolution.

Due to the nature of our items sold, most products have a 30 day return policy. Please note that not all products have the return policy. If you have questions please call 1-800-371-9319.

To return a product call 1-800-371-9319 for an RA number in which you'll need to place in the box with your product. If you return your unused product in the original box, not damaged, you will receive your credit equal to 100% of your order, minus 15% restocking fees. Please note that you, the consumer, must pay for shipping charges for returns, unless the return is being made due to an error on our part.

Homeland Security Shipping Security Notice:
During times of heightened national security, the nature of the products we ship may cause your order to be delayed and opened for inspection. This is particularly true with pie irons, forks and other items that must be packed in long, narrow boxes. Because of the weight, density of metal content, and uneven weight distribution in some packages, it is understandable for these parcels to be considered suspicious. If your order takes a little longer than normal to reach you, or appears to have been opened in transit, don't be alarmed. Report any damage or excessive delays to us at once for investigation.
